All healthcare institutions that are licensed under the Private Hospitals & Medical Clinics (PHMC) Act are made available in the HCI Directory. These include hospitals, nursing homes, clinical laboratories, x-ray laboratories, medical clinics and dental clinics.

    You can search for HCI information based on the following:-
  1. Name of the HCI;
  2. Location (i.e search by Postal Code);
  3. Region (for e.g Ang Mo Kio, Bedok etc);
  4. Others - More Search Options (Type of clinics, Special care services, Clinic Programmes, Polyclinics etc).

You may search for HCIs providing a specific type of service by clicking on "More Search Options". You may then search for HCIs by selecting the specific service you are looking for.

HCI Information such as name, address, contact number, name of manager, clinic operating hours, the PHMC licensed period, type of services provided, and the HCI code, are published in the HCI Directory.

Yes. The HCI directory indicates the availability of the following programmes at healthcare institutions:

Programme Description
Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP)? With the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), patients will be able to use their family member's or their own medisave of up to $400 per account per year (max of 10 accounts) for their outpatient bills for certain chronic diseases. Each claim is subjected to 15% co-payment.
Community Health Assistance Scheme (CHAS) (CHAS) Community Health Assistance Scheme (CHAS) enables Singapore Citizens from lower to middle income households, and all Pioneers, to receive subsides for medical and dental care at participating HCIs.
Integrated Screening Programme (ISP) Integrated Screening Programme (ISP) offers affordable and convenient screening for high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol and diabetes, as well as breast, cervical and colorectal cancers to Singapore residents who reached 40 years of age.

The HCI Directory obtains real time licensing information from the eLIS licensing portal. Once the HCI is licensed under the PHMC Act, all information pertaining to the HCI will be published in the HCI Directory.

The email address of the HCI doctor is considered as personal information, it is not provided at the HCI Directory as it is a breach of the Personal Data Protection Act. However, you may call the HCI directly to request for the email address of the HCI doctor.

Chiropractic clinics are not licensed under the PHMC Act. As only HCIs licensed under the PHMC Act are available in the HCI Directory, you will not be able to find chiropractic clinics in the Directory.
